More than Personal Training
When most people think of personal training they think about paying for one-on-one sessions with someone who gives them undivided attention for an hour at a time. Unfortunately, for many people that one hour of training isn’t enough to have a long lasting effect. When Clay trainers work with clients, it is a relationship that extends beyond the face-to-face personal training time. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or improve your performance (in life or sport), nutrition and diet play a significant role in attaining and maintaining success. Our trainers work with clients well beyond what is happening just inside our studio during their hour of training. We work to understand our clients current eating habits and explore ways of making changes that will help in achieving their desired outcome. In addition, our trainers will design a weekly schedule of exercise that includes what clients should do on their days away from training at Clay, taking the guesswork out of the overall training program.
