Clay fitness+nutrition offers programs that meet 2 – 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Programs are always forming. Please contact Hyam at (434)245-2288 if you would like to find out more. The next programs will begin in early September.

My plug for 12 week programs
It has been proven, time and time again, that a finite time line in which to focus on results helps promote motivation. Within each program, participants benchmark their starting points, in weight, body composition, strength and endurance. Every week is focused on a topic in fitness or nutrition and progressive challenges are carefully laid out every week to make you better than you were when you started. The group serves as a further motivator and a sense of community. Your coach knows you, what you are capable of and what your goals are. 12 week programs are a good way to get the benefit of personal training without the high cost.
