It is our goal to see everyone get better. We don’t promote a perfect way to look, or a perfect sport to practice – we just want to see you transcend. You can come to us overweight, and de-conditioned, or you can come having just finished your last iron man race – we all have space to improve. For most people, exercise is a lot more fun and effective when you have a specific goal and a finite amount of time to accomplish it.

Our 12 week programs combine all of the pieces of an effective training program. Programs begin with an introductory meeting that covers a weigh in/body composition check, a discussion of current nutrition and a plan of action for changes, and a strength and cardiovascular assessment test. The programs meet twice or three times a week and deliver challenges that are appropriate and measured. Each week, a topic in nutrition or fitness is the focus to add a level of long term education to the program. To allow for continued motivation and a sense of progress and accountability, 6 weeks into the program, benchmarking of weight, body composition, strength and cardiovascular fitness are checked. At the end of our program, we celebrate our last benchmarking appointment. From here, it’s time to set new goals!

Monday & Wednesday beginning on August 30th from 9:30-10:30am
Monday & Wednesday beginning on September 6th from 6:00-7:00pm
